Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines to move information from internal and external sources into Snowflake.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL/ELT code using standard toolsets to ingest data into Snowflake.
• Triage alerts and remediate operational issues as they arise.
• Build dashboards, models, and aggregations to define qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Analyze and resolve complex application system problems.
• Create technical documentation for all development work using provided templates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in Snowflake and Teradata.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub pull requests, and CircleCI for continuous integration.
• Experience working with Kafka for real-time data replication and streaming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
