Description

You will design and build data pipelines leveraging the Snowflake Data Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Optimize SQL queries and tune Snowflake performance across the data warehouse.
• Implement data ingestion using Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, and Zero-Copy Cloning.
• Develop data processing logic using Python, Scala, or Java within Snowpark.
• Integrate data flows with AWS cloud services and manage ETL/ELT processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of data engineering experience, with 5+ years specifically in Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Expert level SQL optimization and Snowflake performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for Snowpark development.
• Experience integrating data systems with AWS.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools like Informatica or Matillion.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git for data operations.
• Strong understanding of Data Modeling concepts.

Preferred Skills

• SnowPro Core Certification.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
