You will design, build, and manage the end-to-end Snowflake data platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-optimized data architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Snowflake accounts, databases, warehouses, and roles with strict access controls.
• Implement Snowflake Horizon for governance, lineage, classification, and compliance.
• Build and manage dbt frameworks (Core/Cloud), including CI/CD pipelines, project structures, and deployment standards.
• Design scalable data models (staging, curated, semantic layers) and enforce data quality testing.
• Integrate Snowflake and dbt with ingestion tools (Airflow, ADF, Fivetran) and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, specifically with Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Expertise in dbt for data transformation and modeling.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data platforms.
• Deep understanding of data modeling best practices.
• Knowledge of security models (RBAC, masking policies, row-level security).
