Description

Lead the design and development of serverless data applications using Python, AWS Lambda, and AWS S3.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS best practices and Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain event-driven workflows and data processing pipelines using Python, AWS Lambda, and AWS S3.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for Python applications and AWS resources to streamline deployment.
• Design secure infrastructure provisioning using AWS IAM and automate data ingestion, validation, and error handling.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on Python, AWS adoption, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development and data engineering.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services, specifically AWS Lambda and AWS S3.
• Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and processing.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of AWS IAM and security best practices.
• Proven track record of designing serverless and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with automation scripts for data ingestion and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modernizing legacy systems to cloud-native solutions.
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for AWS Lambda and S3.
