Description

Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on Snowflake to integrate, model, and optimize data for analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain data models, including entity-relationship diagrams, DDL, and DML statements.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Python scripts for data engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to define requirements, document processes, and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of overall IT experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Snowflake platform.
• 2+ years of data engineering experience, including ETL/ELT concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and analytical functions.
• Strong knowledge of Python scripting.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
• Strong database concepts, including data warehousing, data modeling, and relational design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
• Familiarity with AWS, GitHub, and Agile methodologies.
