Description

You will engineer and maintain data solutions using Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate data models into optimized database objects following governance and naming standards.
• Develop and implement data transformation and loading processes for tables and views.
• Collaborate with architects to translate data requirements into logical data models.
• Document table and view definitions in Alation and enable data quality checks.
• Optimize database performance by tuning queries, indexing, and table structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS like Snowflake.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency with Python for data processing.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and techniques.
• Experience developing data applications in AWS.
• Experience with DevOps, specifically Jenkins and GitHub.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
