Description

You will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and loading using advanced SQL and scripting.
• Implement and optimize dimensional models (star and snowflake schemas) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
• Optimize compute and storage usage across Snowflake and Databricks to balance performance and cost.
• Manage database design, schema evolution, user roles, permissions, and access control policies.
• Implement data lineage, quality, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data reliability and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline development and automation.
• Advanced skills in SQL for data processing and transformation.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, including dimensional, star, and snowflake schemas.
• Experience in system design and solution architecture focused on scalability.
• Skills in Database Design, Data Ingestion, and Workflow automation.
• Experience implementing data lineage and data quality monitoring frameworks.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
