Description

Build and manage data warehousing and ETL pipelines within a Snowflake and Azure environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL processes using Snowflake, Snow SQL, and Snow PIPE.
• Handle semi-structured XML and JSON data within Snowflake.
• Implement and manage Stages, Kafka Streams, Tasks, and External Tables.
• Create Snowflake Stored Procedures and UDFs.
• Apply query optimization techniques to improve data processing efficiency.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience in data warehousing and ETL.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Snowflake.
• Expertise in SQL and advanced SQL.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Spark.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
• Working knowledge of RDBMS and other data appliances.
• Practical experience with RBAC.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Azure Storage concepts.
