Description

You will architect and implement business intelligence solutions centered around the Snowflake Data Warehouse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines using Python, dbt, Matillion, and SnowSQL.
• Build and manage database objects including tables, views, functions, stored procedures, and scripts within Snowflake.
• Execute data loading processes into Snowflake using Snowpipes.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries and debug code to support business intelligence functions.
• Develop complex Python scripts to automate daily operational tasks and build data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in Data Warehousing.
• Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse and SnowSQL.
• Proficiency in Python and writing complex Python scripts.
• Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for complex transformations.
• Strong SQL skills, including query tuning and debugging.
• Experience with Matillion for data integration.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of cloud storage technologies like Azure Blob, AWS S3, or GCP.
• Knowledge of JavaScript for implementing Snowflake procedures.
