Description

You will manage and architect enterprise Snowflake database environments and end-to-end scalable data applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Snowflake compute and storage, applying best practices for schema, table, and DDL creation.
• Implement data governance, security protocols, PII data handling, and monitoring for unauthorized access.
• Integrate Snowflake with Informatica, BI tools, and security platforms including OKTA, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
• Design and implement enterprise data warehouse solutions using ERWIN modeling and strong SQL capabilities.
• Execute data engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Snowflake database setup, administration, and enterprise data warehouse implementation.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or BI Engineering architecting scalable applications.
• 8+ years of experience in implementing data governance, security, and PII data handling.
• 6+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies, S3 data lakes, and CI/CD using Jenkins.
• 6+ years of experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 6+ years of experience using SQL or Python programming languages.
• Snowflake SnowPro or Advanced Architect Certification is required.
• AWS Solution Architect or Certified Data Analytics certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
