Description

You will design, develop, and maintain data transformation workflows using DBT on Snowflake, ensuring performance, governance, and security standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data transformation pipelines using DBT and Snowflake.
• Optimize data models and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and CI/CD for data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Participate in code reviews and guide junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Snowflake data platform.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with DBT workflows and data transformation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience guiding junior developers through code reviews.
