Description

You will build and maintain scalable data solutions focusing on ETL and data warehousing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines to process terabytes of data.
• Manage and implement data orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Design and implement data models within Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouses.
• Develop and manage messaging queues using Kafka or similar services.
• Contribute to data engineering workflows within an Agile development environment.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python for ETL, data manipulation, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of orchestration tools, specifically Apache Airflow.
• Expertise in implementing messaging queues such as Kafka or AWS SQS.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated understanding of CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
• Experience in data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
