Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage and Snowflake. You own the full lifecycle of data pipelines, from extraction to loading, ensuring performance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize ETL workflows using IBM DataStage and Snowflake.
• Write efficient, complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts to automate ETL tasks and job scheduling.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs for performance issues and data quality.
• Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.
• Strong proficiency with IBM DataStage for workflow design.
• Expertise in Snowflake cloud data warehouse architecture and optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX shell scripting for automation.
• Proven track record building and maintaining robust data pipelines.
• Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance standards.
