Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and orchestration processes using Snowflake.
• Implement and optimize ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation.
• Utilize Snowflake utilities for file uploads, time travel, and fail-safe procedures.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, including advanced joins, views, and materialized views.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and governance.
• Work with semi-structured data and apply knowledge of dimensional data modeling.
• Leverage Python for functional programming, utilizing libraries such as Pandas and Apache Airflow.
• Stay updated on machine learning and generative AI basics to enhance data solutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake DB development and Snowflake architecture.
• Expertise in data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience designing and optimizing ETL workflows.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, views, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience handling semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet, etc.) in Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and familiarity with Apache Airflow.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Knowledge of Snowflake features such as Time Travel and Fail-safe.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
