Description

You will develop, optimize, and secure the core data infrastructure within Snowflake, leading cloud migration and ETL workflow implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Snowflake objects, including databases, schemas, tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Lead the migration of data from Azure Cloud to Snowflake with minimal operational disruption.
• Implement and manage ETL workflows using tools like Coalesce and Fivetran to extract, transform, and load data.
• Establish security controls, including roles, policies, and hierarchies, within the Snowflake environment.
• Craft and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures using MS-SQL Server (T-SQL).

Required Skills

• 8+ years in IT, with at least 3 years as a Snowflake Developer.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake utilities: Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and Time Travel.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data loading techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Experience integrating with Azure Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Coalesce and Fivetran for data transformation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
