Description

You will design and implement cloud data platforms and architectures leveraging Snowflake native capabilities. You lead the technical direction for the Snowflake practice.

Responsibilities

• Design Snowflake migration architectures and implementation strategies for on-prem to cloud transitions.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes using Python and shell scripting to extract, load, and transform data.
• Write complex SQL queries and scripts to manage data within the Snowflake environment.
• Configure Snowflake security models, including roles, user security, and Account Admin permissions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Snowflake design patterns and migration architectures.
• Hands-on experience executing at least one on-prem to Snowflake migration project.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake features including Snowpipe, STREAMS, and TASKS.
• Experience with requirement gathering and technical analysis.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT development and data lifecycle management.
• Degree in any graduate field.
