Description

You will build and manage data pipelines and warehouse architectures using Snowflake and cloud data services.

Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries and scripts for Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT/ETL) processes.
• Implement Snowflake utilities including SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, and stored procedures.
• Design and maintain data pipelines using AWS and/or Azure data services.
• Develop data models and transformations using dbt and manage workflows with Apache Airflow.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Snowflake development or similar data engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, including Optimizer, Metadata Manager, and data sharing.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark, Spark SQL, and PySpark.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Data Warehouse/ODS and ETL concepts.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow.
• Practical knowledge of dbt for data modeling.
• Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with DuckDB for analytical workloads.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to the Dataiku ecosystem.
