Description

You will build and maintain analytical data warehouses using Snowflake and AWS infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL pipelines using Python and Snowflake SQL to move data in and out of the warehouse.
• Create and analyze SQL and PL/SQL procedures for data integration tasks.
• Write Unix shell scripts to handle data extraction and loading processes.
• Implement SQL-based processes for slowly changing dimensions and various fact table types.
• Manage testing phases including unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Management specializing in analytical data warehousing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud warehouse features.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data integration and procedure development.
• Experience with AWS architecture and cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of ETL pipeline development using Python and Snowflake SQL.
• Ability to use Unix shell scripting for extract and load operations.
• Understanding of logical and physical data models for BI and analytics.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and using Jira for documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data profiling, archiving, purging, and virtualization.
