Description

You will design and manage data warehousing solutions using the Snowflake platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Snowflake architecture, including roles, databases, and schemas.
• Execute data ingestion processes for XML, JSON, and CSV datasets from disparate sources.
• Perform query tuning, SQL performance measuring, and database tuning to optimize processing.
• Migrate data workloads to AWS or Azure Snowflake environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis on models and implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data warehousing and modeling.
• Expertise in Snowflake warehousing, architecture, and administration.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including Oracle SQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on work with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and data dictionaries.
• Experience handling XML, JSON, and CSV data formats.
• Proficiency with Teradata or other SQL-based databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and ETL tools.
• Exposure to multi-dimensional models and data lakes.
