Description

You will design and maintain enterprise-scale data pipelines and warehousing solutions built on Snowflake.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build efficient, cost-optimized data pipelines and complex SQL procedures within Snowflake.
• Manage data loading and unloading processes using CSV, JSON, and VARIANT formats.
• Develop database objects that support core business processes and execute Proof of Concept projects.
• Perform rigorous unit testing and debugging to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing environments.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, including Streams, Tasks, and Time Travel.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex procedure development.
• Experience handling semi-structured data formats such as JSON and VARIANT.
• Proficiency with version control tools including Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing, and CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins.
• Familiarity with project management and tracking tools such as JIRA or Bamboo.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale ETL and data architecture design.
