Description

You will lead data engineering efforts to design and implement modern data warehouse and data lake solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern data warehouse and data lake architectures following industry best practices.
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from various sources.
• Write complex SQL statements using SnowSQL and RDBMS standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• 7+ years of experience with Shell scripting, Scala, and Python.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services including IAM, CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, and EMR.
• Proficiency with Airflow and Snowflake.
• Strong experience in Python and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing data ingestion pipelines using Java, Spark, and Hadoop.
• Experience with Cloudera, CDP Hadoop distribution, and troubleshooting Spark/Hadoop environments.
