Description

You will act as a senior consultant and technical lead for Snowflake and data engineering assignments.

Responsibilities

• Implement the organization's data strategy through the design, planning, integration, and maintenance of Snowflake architecture.
• Design, develop, and manage data warehouses by integrating various data sources and ETL tools.
• Optimize the performance of Snowflake databases and data pipelines.
• Reverse engineer existing processes to convert them into efficient data pipelines.
• Create technical mapping documents from source to target and collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate data systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Snowflake development or data engineering.
• 5+ years of proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in data modeling and database design.
• Proven experience with ETL tools and data integration technologies.
• Deep understanding of cloud data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems and optimize data pipeline performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for providing counsel to management.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake certification(s).
