Description

You will own the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data warehousing solutions on Snowflake.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Snowflake environments, managing virtual warehouses, micro-partitions, and clustering strategies.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for high-performance analytics.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica, Matillion, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools.
• Implement star and snowflake data models, ensuring scalability and efficient data sharing.
• Integrate Snowflake with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and manage storage integrations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in data warehousing and analytics.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture and performance tuning.
• Proficient in SQL, including complex query optimization and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Matillion, or Airflow.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and data security/role-based access control.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with analytics engineering best practices.
