Description

You will develop and optimize data solutions within the Snowflake Data Warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Snowflake components including Databases, Warehouses, Schemas, and Stages.
• Tune and optimize complex SQL queries for data warehousing performance.
• Implement and manage Snowflake features such as Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning, Streams, Tasks, and Snowpipe.
• Collaborate on data modeling using Star/Snowflake and Dimensional Modeling techniques.
• Handle structured and semi-structured data ingestion and management (JSON, Parquet, Avro).

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data warehousing development.
• Expert proficiency with Snowflake Data Warehouse concepts and SQL query optimization.
• Experience with Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake, Dimensional).
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and process automation.
• Familiarity with handling JSON, Parquet, and Avro formats.
• Understanding of Snowflake features like Streams, Tasks, and Snowpipe.
