Description

You will build and maintain scalable data applications and processing components using modern data mesh design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable data processing components and libraries based on data mesh patterns.
• Design and implement a responsive factory approach and inner-source components for enterprise use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Build data integrations and warehouses across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Optimize components for performance across various data processing and consumption patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Java.
• Extremely strong SQL skills covering both OLAP and OLTP technologies.
• Proficiency with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Experience with Airflow, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of AWS/Azure, specifically S3 and Azure Blob storage.
• Experience with Lakehouse architectures, Delta Lake, and object stores.
• Ability to perform data modeling using Data Vault and Dimensional Models.
• Experience implementing CI/CD on AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
