Description

You will architect, design, and operationalize large-scale data and analytics solutions on the Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design data intelligence solutions within the Snowflake environment.
• Write complex SQL queries and develop Python scripts for ETL processes.
• Build ETL pipelines using Python and SnowSQL.
• Manage data workflows using Snowflake utilities including Tasks, Streams, and stored procedures.
• Gather and analyze system requirements to drive data transformation and translation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years in software development.
• At least 2 years of direct Snowflake development experience within AWS environments.
• Proficiency in Snowflake utilities: SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, and Optimizer.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
• Strong experience with Python for data extraction, loading, and transformation.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concepts, and modeling structure principles.
• Practical knowledge of OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake Metadata Manager and data sharing.
