Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications on the Snowflake platform. You are responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, from initial design to ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Implement ETL pipelines inside and outside data warehouses.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Design database schemas and reporting structures based on business intelligence requirements.
• Develop scripts using Python and Unix for automated ETL jobs.
• Integrate third-party data sources and tools with the Snowflake environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and execution plans.
• Strong experience with the Snowflake data cloud platform.
• Scripting skills in Python for data processing and automation.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments for job scheduling and execution.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for status reporting and objective alignment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools for reporting and dashboarding.
• Background in data warehousing architecture.
