Description

You will design, implement, and operationalize large-scale data and analytics solutions on the Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse using Azure architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade data ingestion and processing pipelines using Python, Databricks, and SnowSQL.
• Develop ETL pipelines and utility scripts using UNIX and Python to extract, load, and transform data.
• Manage Snowflake features including Snowpipe, Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, Zero Copy Cloning, and stored procedures.
• Configure and integrate MS Azure components with the Snowflake architecture.
• Model data using OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, and Facts frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale data solutions on Microsoft Azure Snowflake.
• Hands-on expertise with SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Python, Tasks, Streams, and Time Travel.
• Proficiency in Python and UNIX scripting for data transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks for pipeline development.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake internals, Metadata Manager, and data sharing.
• Experience with OLTP and OLAP data modeling.
• Ability to design solutions in environments with unclear requirements.
• Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills.
