Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes within Snowflake.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models and schemas to support business requirements.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Snowpipe, tasks, and other Snowflake features.
• Optimize database performance and query efficiency within Snowflake environments.
• Implement data security and privacy best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding data integrity, quality, and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data development roles.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Snowflake, including data loading, unloading, and transformation.
• Advanced SQL skills with a focus on performance tuning and optimization.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT processes using Snowpipe and tasks.
• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for automation and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data integration tools to ensure seamless data flow.
