Description

You will design, architect, and operationalize large-scale data and analytics solutions on the Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries against Snowflake to support data intelligence solutions.
• Develop Python scripts for Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) data processes.
• Build ETL pipelines into and out of the data warehouse using Python and SnowSQL.
• Gather and analyze system requirements to translate them into technical data models.
• Manage data transformation and translation requirements using appropriate tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Snowflake development within AWS environments.
• Proficiency in Snowflake utilities including SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Tasks, Streams, and Time Travel.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data engineering tasks.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake Optimizer, Metadata Manager, and data sharing.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake stored procedures.
• Solid grasp of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concepts, and modeling structure principles.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform.
