Description

You will manage and implement Snowflake cloud data warehouse solutions and end-to-end data warehouse architectures.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end Snowflake cloud data warehouse solutions and migrate data from RDBMS to Snowflake.
• Manage Snowflake advanced configurations including resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse sizing, and query performance tuning.
• Build data transformation processes, metadata management, and workload management systems.
• Resolve complex data pipeline issues proactively as they surface.
• Design and deploy data security and access control frameworks.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Snowflake administration and development within Data Warehouse, ETL, or BI projects.
• Expertise in Snowflake data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, and complex stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with SnowSQL, SnowPipe, and Big Data model techniques using Python.
• Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL data stores, including star and snowflake dimensional modelling.
• Experience with Snowflake features such as zero-copy clone, time travel, and data sharing.
• Experience with AWS S3 or Azure Blob storage and management technologies.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CI/CD experience in Talend using Jenkins and Nexus.
• Experience with GIT repository management and TAC configuration with LDAP.
