You will lead the migration of enterprise-scale data pipelines and analytics workloads from Google BigQuery to Snowflake.

Lead the migration of the LedgerScan data warehouse from Google BigQuery to Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Migrate LedgerScan data warehouse from Google BigQuery to Snowflake.
• Deliver data analytics requirements on the Snowflake platform.
• Translate query logic, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity throughout the migration.
• Build non-functional requirements (Capacity, Integrity, Resiliency, Availability, Security, Performance) into the solution.
• Enable data consumption and dissemination via APIs and/or BI tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Data Warehouse systems.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture and SQL optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery schemas, UDFs, and partitioning strategies.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.
• Knowledge of secure data sharing and financial data governance standards.
• Proficiency in Snowflake and SQL.
• Familiarity with BigQuery.
