Description

Lead the Snowflake practice by defining technical strategy and cloud data platform architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud data platforms leveraging Snowflake native capabilities.
• Execute on-prem to Snowflake migrations and manage provisioning tasks.
• Develop ETL/ELT scripts using Python and shell scripting.
• Write complex Snowflake SQL queries and manage data extraction, loading, and transformation.
• Lead requirement gathering and technical collaboration within project teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Expertise in Snowflake SQL and native capabilities including Snowpipe, STREAMS, and TASKS.
• Strong proficiency in Python and shell scripting for ETL/ELT processes.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake design patterns, migration architectures, and security models (roles, AccountAdmin).
• Proven experience executing at least one on-prem to Snowflake migration project.
• Solid grasp of DevOps, ETL/ELT, and BI workflows.
• Ability to solve complex architectural problems within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake SnowPro Core certification.
