Description

You will serve as the onsite technical lead for CLEARBROOK’s enterprise data platform, owning end-to-end Snowflake solution design, development leadership, and AI/advanced analytics enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Snowflake solutions while managing production support.
• Integrate AI/ML driven use cases into the Snowflake ecosystem.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery of data engineering initiatives.
• Manage month-end closing activities for P&C Insurance customers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Data Engineering or Analytics.
• 8+ years of hands-on Snowflake development and production support.
• 4+ years’ experience with P&C Insurance customers.
• 4+ years leading teams as a technical lead.
• Proficiency in Talend, DBT, and Python.
• Experience with Cortex AI and advanced analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
