Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Snowflake data warehouse objects, including tables, views, and Snowflake-specific features.
• Implement robust ETL/ELT workflows using SQL and Python for data transformation and loading.
• Build and manage data pipelines and data orchestration workflows to support scheduled and event-driven ingestion.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliable analytics-ready datasets through appropriate checks and controls.
• Support continuous ingestion patterns and integration needs, including semi-structured data handling.

Skills Required:

• 4-10 years of relevant IT/data engineering experience
• Snowflake (data warehouse development and Snowflake functions)
• Advanced SQL (window functions, query optimization, and complex transformations)
• Python (scripting for data engineering workflows)
• Data warehousing, ETL, data pipelines, and data orchestration

Good to Have:

• Kafka for streaming/real-time data ingestion
• Scala for data engineering components
• Semi-structured data processing (e.g., JSON)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
