Description

You build and maintain Snowflake data warehouses, ETL/ELT workflows, and data pipelines using Python and SQL.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Snowflake objects including tables, views, and Snowflake-specific functions.
• Implement ETL/ELT workflows using SQL and Python for data transformation and loading.
• Build and manage data orchestration workflows for scheduled and event-driven ingestion.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliable analytics-ready datasets through checks and controls.
• Support continuous ingestion patterns and semi-structured data handling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT or data engineering experience.
• Snowflake data warehouse development and functions.
• Advanced SQL, including window functions, query optimization, and complex transformations.
• Python for scripting data engineering workflows.
• Data warehousing, ETL, data pipelines, and data orchestration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Kafka for streaming and real-time data ingestion.
• Scala for data engineering components.
