Description

You will build and optimize data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, focusing on cloud migration and performance tuning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse migration projects from RDBMS.
• Implement complex stored procedures and standard data warehouse concepts using Snowflake.
• Set up resource monitors, RBAC controls, and optimize virtual warehouse sizing.
• Deploy Snowflake features including data sharing, events, and lake-house patterns.
• Perform performance tuning on large datasets within big data environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or warehouse roles.
• Expertise in Snowflake cloud data warehouse implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ETL and ELT processes.
• Familiarity with data migration from RDBMS to cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cloud computing principles.
• Experience working with big data environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced Snowflake optimization techniques.
