Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Snowflake + SAP Techno-Functional Lead to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will deliver end-to-end solutions across SAP ERP and Snowflake cloud data platforms, supporting Finance, HR, and Analytics functions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Configure and customize SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD)
Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data pipelines and ETL processes
Integrate SAP and Snowflake for reporting and analytics
Develop ABAP programs, enhancements, and reports
Build Snowflake data models, schemas, and performance-optimized queries
Implement transformations using DBT or similar tools
Automate manual processes (journal entries, productivity metrics)
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation
Train users on new processes and solutions
 

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, or related field
5+ years of SAP functional & technical experience (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP)
2+ years of Snowflake experience (SQL, ETL pipelines)
Experience with DBT, Power BI, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP – plus)
Strong understanding of Finance and HR business processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
 

Certifications
SAP Certified Application Associate (any module)
Snowflake SnowPro Core
