Description

Design and deliver data-centric solutions using Snowflake Snowpark and Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive execution of strategic data-centric technology solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and implement hands-on solutions within Snowflake using Java.
• Implement data processing patterns, including Snowpipe, tasks, and streams.
• Coordinate with DevOps and platform engineering teams to ensure solution maintainability.
• Handle both real-time data scenarios and batch processing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java for Snowpark and stored procedure execution.
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake features and solutioning.
• Familiarity with the full SDLC process and Agile Methodology (Scrum).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience developing modular solutions in Java.
• Experience with Java, AWS, and Kafka.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for job orchestration.
