Description

You will lead the migration of existing databases to Snowflake using dbt and manage complex ETL workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of existing databases to Snowflake using dbt.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient data storage solutions within Snowflake.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries in the Snowflake environment.
• Integrate Snowflake with downstream systems.
• Analyze complex data patterns to optimize data storage and retrieval.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data engineering.
• Expertise in Snowflake, including Time Travel and Zero-Copy Cloning.
• Proficiency in dbt.
• Strong SQL skills for query optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience with DataStage ETL tools.
• Proficiency in Unix.
• Working knowledge of Python and Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale database conversion projects.
