Description

Build and manage automation workflows to streamline security operations and incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SOAR playbooks to automate incident response processes.
• Integrate SOAR platforms with security tools and services using APIs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot playbooks to ensure optimal performance and threat resolution.
• Research new automation techniques to improve workflow efficiency.
• Document processes and provide training on new workflows and playbooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years of development experience.
• Experience designing playbooks in Tines or similar SOAR platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Working knowledge of Regular Expressions.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, identity, cybersecurity, and infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex technical messages to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
