Description

You will monitor security environments, identify anomalies, and manage incident response workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify security anomalies and manage incident response processes.
• Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve existing protocols.
• Analyze data to detect prevalent threats such as malware, phishing, and DDoS attacks.
• Utilize SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS tools to maintain network security.
• Manage vulnerabilities and monitor endpoint detection and response solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of SIEM and EDR solutions.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Defender and Azure security tools.
• Understanding of IDS/IPS, firewalls, proxies, and network security devices.
• Experience with vulnerability management and penetration testing concepts.
• Ability to execute and refine incident response methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a similar discipline.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GSEC certifications.
