Description

Monitor cloud environments and support cloud operations for the SOC team.

You will own health checks, deployment support, and ticket triage for cloud-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud infrastructure health and perform regular checks.
• Support deployment, backup, and patching operations on cloud platforms.
• Document and triage support tickets for cloud incidents.
• Participate in cloud configuration and maintenance activities under supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations or security.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts.
• Basic networking and scripting capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Entry-level certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals.
