You will monitor security threats, perform root cause analysis, and automate incident response processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security threats in real-time.
• Analyze logs from firewalls, routers, and security devices to identify anomalies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings to prevent future incidents.
• Automate manual security processes through scripting to improve efficiency.
• Support incident response efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in security operations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and networking protocols.
• Proficiency with Windows and Unix/Linux command line interfaces.
• CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications.
• Experience analyzing logs from diverse security and networking devices.
• Ability to research and understand complex log sources.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting skills for automating security tasks.
