Description

You will monitor, investigate, and respond to security threats and incidents in real-time.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, system, and security logs using SIEM tools to identify and prioritize potential threats.
• Triage security incidents and assist in the containment, eradication, and recovery of affected systems.
• Perform root cause analysis on security events and document findings for post-incident reports.
• Maintain and optimize SOC technologies including SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS.
• Support compliance efforts related to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a SOC role.
• Proficiency with SIEM platforms including Splunk, AlienVault, or IBM QRadar.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of malware, common attack vectors, and threat detection techniques.
• Ability to analyze logs, alerts, and reports to detect cyberattack anomalies.
• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
