Description

You will lead the Security Operations Center team in monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the SOC team to manage incident detection and response workflows.
• Develop and implement security monitoring strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Analyze security events and conduct in-depth investigations to resolve incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate vulnerabilities and threats.
• Manage and optimize SIEM tools to improve visibility and threat detection capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with proven leadership in a SOC or SOC Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk or QRadar.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and network security architecture.
• Practical experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security.
• Proven track record in incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to stay current with latest cybersecurity trends, attack vectors, and threat intelligence.
• Any Graduate degree.
