Description

You will lead a small SOC unit or shift to deliver cybersecurity monitoring and triage services for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sub-team or shift to ensure all SOC services are delivered within agreed SLAs.
• Manage team administration, including shift rosters, attendance, and on-call allowances.
• Oversee deliverable quality, ensuring adherence to information security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior members, identify training needs, and implement development plans.
• Handle customer communication, stakeholder management, and generate management information reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SOC or IT Infrastructure.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering SOC services to external customers, preferably within global organizations.
• Proficiency in Incident Management processes and cybersecurity incident response.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and Ticket Management tools.
• Technical familiarity with Azure Sentinel, Splunk, Linux, and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks and firewalls.
• Knowledge of ISM, Quality, and BCP processes and frameworks.
• Strong skills in people management, stakeholder interfacing, and project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MIS and Quality Control processes.
