Lead SOC operations and manage security infrastructure in a remote capacity based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale SOC environments and oversee daily security operations.
• Integrate security devices and manage SIEM platforms to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Analyze logs, correlate security events, and drive incident response.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CERT-IN, RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI standards.
• Apply threat intelligence to strengthen detection and prevention capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SOC operations and security management.
• Expertise in Splunk, QRadar, and ArcSight.
• Strong knowledge of IDS/IPS and EDR solutions.
• Proven experience in device integration and log analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CERT-IN, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI).
• Any Graduate degree.
