Description

Lead technical programs for SoC and full-chip designs from planning through execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SoC or full-chip design programs, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with design, verification, implementation, software, and test teams to ensure alignment across the chip development lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and schedules while tracking progress against milestones.
• Identify and mitigate technical, resource, schedule, and budget risks.
• Communicate program status and risks to executives and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.

Required Skills

• Experience in technical program management within the semiconductor industry, specifically targeting SoC or full-chip design.
• Strong understanding of RTL design, verification, synthesis, physical design, and validation.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar management tools.
• Technical knowledge of SoC or full-chip design principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage risks related to semiconductor design projects.
• Analytical problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making in semiconductor development.
