Description

Lead social media strategy and client accounts as a subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and approve social media campaigns and brand strategies.
• Build and maintain editorial calendars, including copywriting and light content creation.
• Manage client relationships through status calls, advisory meetings, and regular reporting.
• Develop, implement, and track KPIs to measure performance and provide strategic insights.
• Partner with designers and content strategists to develop engaging post concepts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment.
• Advanced understanding of key social media tools and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage social media reporting, including monthly reports and quarterly business reviews.
• Experience building and maintaining internal and external client relationships.
• Ability to identify emerging trends and platform tactics to meet client goals.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Expertise in digital marketing and social platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agency environments and global marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid and organic social media.
• Experience in social media crisis management and social monitoring strategy.
